Site Inspection Management Database (SIMD)

SIMD is the Site Inspection Management Database. This essential project management tool has been designed by Integrity NDT Ltd. from extensive experience of providing inspection management services.

Large and Small engineering projects alike pose similar management problems for Quality and Inspection supervisors; controlling and storing the amount of information and documentation generated, inspection and report generation/tracking, inspection status and job progress report generation, capturing planned and additional emergent work, ensuring all necessary QA functions are carried out on particular components, to name just a few.

SIMD is essentially an ISO:9001 NDT site management system ‘in a box’ and answers many of these questions and more; storing information regarding the inspection requirements of an unlimited number of projects…including task status, estimated task time, procedures and inspection techniques, workscope details, equipment serial numbers, consumable batch numbers, personnel details etc…SIMD provides a vessel for receiving and tracking the ongoing project status and inspection data, while enabling the easy production of front-line inspection reports or project summary and status reports.
